Families can experience the fun and French language and culture that younger campers take part in all summer. This is a great time for alumni to return to their favorite island. Marine biology, natural science, sailing, kayaking, swimming, tennis, traditional French games and campfires will fill the weekend. This is a great way for potential campers and parents to find out about activities and the camp facilities.
Adults attending alone or with friends are also welcome to attend. Activities for participants for all ages will be planned. Canoe Island is a great place for an inter generational outing or family reunion.
Families can also plan a Group Program on Canoe Island for friends and relatives during May, early June or September. Organize your own family camp with those you know. Plan the activities you want: academic, adventuresome or artistic.

 Spring Work Party Weekend -- FULL

Cost: $30 per person
Enjoy springtime in the San Juans and help us get the island and camp ready for summer. Arrive Friday evening for dinner and a relaxed evening. Saturday and Sunday, split the day between work and play. Work inside or outside at a variety of tasks designed for all ages. Tools and gloves are provided. Then take a spin around the island in a kayak or sailboat, swim in the heated pool, play tennis or try your hand at archery. Bring your enthusiasm,your friends, co-workers, family and anyone else that would enjoy a work party weekend on the island! $30 per person pays for boat transportation round trip to the Orcas Island ferry terminal from Canoe Island and meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
