We believe that any child with a serious interest in French language and culture should be able to attend Canoe Island French Camp. To uphold that philosophy we focus our fund-raising efforts on raising money for our Scholarship Fund. We encourage you to help send a dedicated child to camp by making a donation to Canoe Island French Camp.

Mornings at camp are devoted to French language classes and activities: fencing, French cuisine and culture, archery, theater, art, and photography. In the afternoon campers choose each day between swimming, sailing, kayaking, archery, art, rock climbing and sports, all with French vocabulary. Campfires, theatrical and musical productions, beach cookouts, camp-wide games, and astronomy fill the evenings. During the three-week sessions campers board 29-foot Alberg the Triska to seek Orca whales other wildlife that inhabit the Salish Sea. This session will also be the most intensive French language experience for a camper. A gala Bon Voyage Banquet and talent show end each session.
