Online registration is available for all programs: camper, adult and family camps.  To register online for family camps, please enter your family information and then register each family member as a camper.

You can also register by mail-in registration form by downloading the appropriate form below.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

If this is your child's first time attending Canoe Island French Camp you will need to set up a new account. Register

If you or your child attended Canoe Island French Camp last summer, then you already have an online registration account. Sign in in one of the following ways:

• If you registered online last year you will use the  username and password you set up at that time.  Please contact CIFC if you can't remember it and we will send it to you.
• If you registered via paper application last year, we have created a username and password for you. Your username and password are as follows:

Username: first two letters of camper first name + first two  letters of camper last name + zip code+ cifc

Password: camper's last name and zipcode

If you have two campers at camp please use the oldest camper's information.
For example: Samantha Johnson, zip  code 11222

Username: sajo11222cifc
Password: johnson11222

IMPORTANT

1. The first step of Online Registration is for YOU, the parent, to setup an account. You can use this account to log in later and see updates to your registration.

2. On the next page you should enter YOUR name and YOUR contact information.

3. Once you set up the account you will be asked to enter your user name and password.

4. After doing so, you will see instructions on how to complete registration.You can now register online for Canoe Island French Camp.

PAYMENT

We only accept payment by check.  After registering online, please send a full tuition check payable to CIFC to Canoe Island French Camp, PO Box 370, Orcas, WA 98280.  If you need to pay in installments, you may hold your registration by mailing a deposit check for  $450 within two weeks, with full payment made by May 1.  Those paying full tuition by December 31 receive an Early Bird Discount of $100.  Siblings of the first full tuition camper can take an additional discount of $200.

Family Camp: Sibling discounts do not apply to Family Camps and full tuition should be sent upon registration.  Family Camp participants 5 and under are half price and 2 and under are free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be in writing (email or fax is fine)

• Prior to December 31, full tuition is refundable.
  

• Prior to May 1, full tuition minus $100 is refundable

• 60-30 days prior to program start date, one half of the total fee is refundable

• 29-15 days prior to program start date, one quarter of the total fee is refundable.

• 14 to 0 days prior to program start date, none of the total fee is refundable.

• If a camper must leave camp prior to the end of a session or arrive after the beginning of a session, no part of the fee will be refunded.

Credit for a future camp may be made for emergency medical withdrawal prior to the start of the camp session, with a letter from a physician.
