Canoe Island French Camp emphasizes classic French, made-from-scratch, healthy food for all meals. Even our hamburger buns and burgers are made from scratch for our Friday barbecues. We’ve created menus that challenge children to try dishes and ingredients that they might never have tasted before. First-day hesitancy progresses to enthusiastic seconds. Sweets are limited to after-dinner desserts; mid-afternoon snacks are home-made and healthy. Vegetarian preferences and food allergies are accommodated. No candy or soft drinks are served at camp.
